The new version contains the following enhancements:

- Mouse usage for moving the cursor, selecting in menus, marking
  in the text window, start editing in marked regions.

- menus have become more CUA compliant, they may now also be 
  called by
- Alt-X  => eXit action menu,
- Alt-P  => cut & Paste menu, 
  and operated by 
- single character commands,
- cursor moves and Return to select,
- mouse moves with click to select.

- the "L"(ibrary) command now may receive in its prompt field
- filename.ext    (as before)
- c:  , where "c" is the name of a drive you want to change to. 

- Like in many other DOS applications, F3 has become "quit"
  instead of "escape". You can exit from any level in VBX now 
  by an appropriate no. of F3's.   

- Help contains a new page about mouse usage

- COMMAND.VBX contains a new chapter on mouse usage.
