Punky Lightest & Brightest Powder Bleach can be mixed with 20, 30 or 40 vol hydrogen peroxide to achieve any degree of lightening desired. The higher the volume, the faster and lighter the hair will process. Wear Gloves. Always mix 1 oz packet with 2 oz peroxide together until creamy and powder is dissolved. For 30-40 vol peroxide keep at least 1/4 inch off scalp. Process according to chart on packet. When desired lightening is achieved rinse off with cool water and then use a mild shampoo to remove any remaining mixture on hair and scalp. Do not save any unused mixture. Discard after using. Mix only in plastic in glass or plastic bowl. Use Jerome Russell plastic tint brush to apply immediately.

Caution: Do not use on eyebrows or lashes. To do so may cause blindness. If mixture gets into eyes, flush with a large amount of water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Keep bleach mixture at least 1/4 inch off scalp if using 30 or 40 volume p
